Broker/Owner
With 26 years of experience in real estate, Kristy is the driving force behind both RE/MAX Elite Realty and EPM: Elite Properties, which she founded in 2006. Highly motivated and passionate about what she does, Kristy leads with integrity and vision. While she’s a powerhouse professionally, her heart is with her family—especially her new role as a proud grandmother to beautiful twin girls.
Brenda Bellman
Property Manager & Realtor
Brenda brings 40 years of real estate experience and has spent two decades with RE/MAX. Her devotion to her clients and tireless work ethic make her an invaluable part of the EPM team. Whether she’s managing properties or closing real estate deals, Brenda is always on the move. She’s also a loving grandmother and Yorkie mom, cherishing every moment with her family.
Malloy Mundy
Office Manager
Malloy has been with EPM for nearly 5 years and brings over a decade of industry experience. As our go-to for office management and finances, she keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Creative and upbeat, she enjoys expressing herself through painting, pottery, and embroidery—and she never misses a good craft fair. Her cheerful energy and positive mindset are contagious.
Elizabeth Haney
Property Manager
Elizabeth has been a dedicated property manager with EPM for nearly 3 years. Raised in a real estate-savvy environment, she understands the importance of excellent service and takes initiative to ensure every client has a smooth experience. Outside of work, Elizabeth is an animal advocate and active volunteer with Bluegrass Bully Rescue. With 6 dogs and 2 cats of her own, she’s never short on furry company—and she dreams of sunny days at the beach.

With 5 years of real estate experience, April is known for going above and beyond for every client. She absolutely loves what she does and truly feels she’s found her calling. A devoted mom and grandmother, April finds her greatest joy in spending time with her family.
